Kim Grose
Program Director
Kim Grose is the Program Director of Flathead Respite Care. She oversees the daily program activities and ensures the safety and well-being of the volunteers and participants. Kim loves to create relationships through conversation, games, music, art, movement and large doses of humor. She finds true joy in helping people to feel like they are loved, connected, and valued.
She has a degree in Microbiology from Montana State University (Go Cats!) and has worked in many scientific/technical environments, but she feels her greatest asset to Flathead Respite Care is her genuine care for others. She believes that the best way she can follow God’s calling to love others is through service, especially to those who are most vulnerable.
Kim has helped care for friends and family with various forms of dementia.
